This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on a variety of business tasks, providing with significant responsibility and autonomy.
Description
Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the executives;
Assist in managing staff and operations within their viticulture business and winery;
Represent the executives in communications with government agencies and external stakeholders;
Ability to work with, review and understand basic legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, particularly in collaboration with lawyers and government departments, ensuring compliance and accuracy;
Perform research, compile data, and prepare detailed reports for business and personal projects;
Handle minor accounting and bookkeeping tasks with precision and compliance;
Run business and personal errands as needed;
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Profile
We are looking for someone:
Fluent in English and Portuguese (both oral and written).
With proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the wine industry or related sectors.
With a proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
That presents exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Has a strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
Shows proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, online research, and other relevant digital tools.
Has familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
Who is a strong problem solver and has the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Job Offer
The role is primarily remote, with communication via email, phone, and online meetings (e.g., Zoom).
Weekly in-person meetings, or as required in the Douro Valley.
