We are looking for a proactive trainee for 2026 in Housekeeping Department.

Main tasks of the function:

• Learn to identifying Housekeeping's responsibilities.
• Learn planning the work of the Housekeeping Department.
• Learn how long should take to clean one guestroom according to the department's performance standards.
• Learn the basic functions how the maid clean the guestrooms and baths.
• Learn performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas and the hotel premises in general in a cleaning and orderly manner
• Communicate to appropriate staff that there are guests that are waiting for an available room.
• Clear departures in computer system to document that rooms are no longer occupied.

Required Languages:

• Portuguese
• English fluent
• Any other language will be a plus
