Your New Role

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering ERP solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and ensure seamless integration across systems. Your role will also involve facilitating workshops, managing project deliverables, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain modules
  • Analyse business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and data migration
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Provide post-implementation support and suggest improvements
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Strong knowledge of Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing) modules
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or DevOps
  • Experience in full ERP project lifecycles, from fit-gap analysis to go-live support
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-entity environments
