Enterprise Architect (EA Domain Architect)
Hybrid (Lisbon - 3 days/week at the office)

Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise architecture in a global organization undergoing major digital transformation? Were looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a forward-thinking architecture team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Youll play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and modern IT solutions that impact over 110,000 employees worldwide.
What youll do
- Design and maintain the information system architecture for a specific business domain or project;
- Ensure architectural consistency and integrity across systems and platforms;
- Define and validate urbanization standards and propose simplification scenarios;
- Evaluate project alignment with target architecture and assess change impacts;
- Support architectural decisions, make-or-buy analysis, and vendor evaluations;
- Contribute to modernization and cloud migration initiatives;
- Define and improve architecture standards, patterns, and best practices;
- Ensure solution quality and compliance with architectural guidelines;
- Maintain architectural documentation and tools (e.g., Hopex, EAM inventory);
- Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and technical stakeholders;
- Promote the architecture roadmap and support decision-making processes.
What were looking for
- Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or related field;
- 5 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture;
- Strong knowledge of application, middleware, infrastructure/cloud, and security layers;
- Proficiency in modern technologies Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, APIs, microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), Kafka, MuleSoft, etc.;
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks and tools TOGAF, ArchiMate, Hopex, LucidChart;
- Experience with Agile/SAFe environments and product-oriented organizations;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Proactive, autonomous, and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
