 Mission

Within the Groups Information Systems Department, as an Enterprise Architect, you are responsible for structuring capabilities that are efficient and optimized to support development, agility, innovation, and consistency across the global information system.

Working closely with Business teams, you will help define the Information System roadmap and contribute to the implementation and documentation of Business Capabilities, from design to operational mastery.

You are comfortable in a dynamic IT environment (transitioning to a product-oriented approach, global IT operations) and within a fast-growing organization. With experience in feasibility studies and enterprise architecture in large-scale, evolving systems, you make pragmatic decisions that balance innovation with existing ERP and legacy system constraints.

 Responsibilities & Objectives

• Conduct feasibility studies to define how new Business & Solution functionalities can be integrated into the information system;

• Maintain and ensure the quality and accuracy of the enterprise architecture mapping;

• Ensure system consistency by identifying gaps with strategic objectives;

• Develop application and technology roadmaps;

• Establish and lead a community of architects, business stakeholders, and IT operations across one or more business domains.



 Profile & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Systems, including 5 years as an Enterprise Architect (urbanization plan definition and implementation);

• Experience working with global Business and IT teams to structure Business, Information/Functional, and Data layers;

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is recommended;

• Experience in leading architecture communities and business process modeling is a plus;

• Comfortable working in an English-speaking international environment (written and spoken);

• Strong initiative, leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills;

• Recognized for your rigor and professionalism.
