What do you need to be a SMART ENGINEERING LEAD?

• 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, scalability, cloud, CI/CD and QA

• Proven experience in roles such as Staff Engineer, Engineering Director, Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer

• Strong track record in technical and team leadership, with at least 5 years managing or coordinating Developers and Team Leads

• Solid experience in continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Agile methodologies

• Experience in the Banking sector (preferred)

• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java or C#

• Experience in CI/CD, unit testing, DevOps, API design and implementation

• Familiarity with modern engineering practices, automation, observability and continuous improvement

What will you do to be SMART? (Mid-Term Responsibilities)

• Contribute to defining the overall technology strategy, collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders on product roadmaps

• Establish and optimize engineering processes, methodologies and standards

• Promote and evolve DevOps practices, quality, automation and performance metrics

• Ensure scalability, reliability and maintainability of platforms

• Support the development of team talent and foster excellence in engineering practices
