Project Details

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a project focused on designing, building and optimizing cloud based data pipelines and large scale processing solutions. You will work with modern data platforms on Azure and contribute to scalable architectures that support analytics, reporting and machine learning workloads.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in data engineering

Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Experience with Databricks and large scale data processing

Proficiency in PySpark and distributed compute concepts

Solid understanding of data lakehouse architectures

Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Delta Lake or similar technologies

Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines

Knowledge of ETL/ELT design patterns and performance optimization

Experience working in agile teams

Strong problem solving, debugging and analytical skills

English proficiency: B2 or higher

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain data pipelines using ADF and Databricks

Build scalable ETL/ELT solutions using PySpark

Optimize workflows for performance, scalability and cost-efficiency

Work with architects and data analysts to deliver reliable data products

Ensure data quality, observability and proper documentation

Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources

Support cloud environments following DevOps/DataOps principles

Collaborate within agile teams, contributing to planning, reviews and best practices
