Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real impact in the renewable energy sector? We're looking for an Energy Specialist for the French market to join our Operations team at our office in Lisbon:

What you'll do:

• Be at the heart of our business, helping customers over the phone and email with their energy needs.
• Take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish-no transfers or endless loops. You'll be fully trained to solve any problem and provide seamless service.
• Collaborate with other suppliers and internal teams to find fast and effective solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
• Work as part of a committed, supportive team.

Details:

• Location: Lisbon (100% office-based)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Salary: €1050 per month
• Language bonus: €100 every 3 months
• Food allowance: €7.63 (paid on a meal card)
