Adecco Recruitment is looking for an EMEA FP&A Manager to join a reference client based in the Lisbon district.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and upload various sales reports, e.g. OSB, sales cockpit etc, able to identify, track and reconcile the variations in different reports;
• Lead the month end financial reporting and analysis in a timely manner and high quality e.g. P&L, BS, working capital, market/plant reports, actual, forecast/outlook. Identify the corrective actions to improve financial performance and follow up with other finance leaders;
• Lead monthly outlook, quarterly forecast and annual budget process, work with other finance leaders to meet the timeline and forecast accuracy target. Continuously improve the process and quality;
• Other regular (e.g. BOD package) and ad hoc International FP&A reports projects;
• Drive financial performance together with other finance leaders, e.g. GP/EBIT, DSO/working capital etc;
• Work with Finance Systems leader for system implementation/improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management or other relevant area;
• Experience in auditing (big4), preferably 3 years;
• Relevant experience in management control;
• PBI Python skills preferred;
• Availability for international travel.
