Step into a senior-level CRM developer position, focusing on cutting-edge Dynamics 365 development entirely in the cloud. You’ll work across almost all modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing) with the support of Azure and the Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
Responsibilities
- Create customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Model-Driven and Canvas Apps. This involves developing plugins, flows, custom entities, and business process flows.
- Tailor the functionalities of standard modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights/Marketing) by configuring entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Utilize the Power and Azure platform portfolio to design scalable and efficient solutions. Collaborate closely with business units to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems (such as ERP and third-party applications) using various integration methods, technologies, and APIs.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and related technologies, and apply your findings productively.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or similar disciplines.
- Proficiency in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including developing plugins, flows, custom entities, and business process flows using C# and various JavaScript libraries.
- Experience in implementing integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems using various technologies (e.g., REST APIs, OData), including Power Platform standard and custom connectors.
- Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 data model and interaction using the Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and web services. Strong programming skills in C# and the .NET framework, along with cloud-first development using the Azure portfolio (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
- Practical experience with agile development methods and using ALM tools such as Azure DevOps.
