We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Duty Manager fluent in German.

Key Responsabilities:

- Be the face of operational leadership during your shift

- Ensur impeccable service and truly personalized experiences

- Act as a representative of the Executive Management Team

- Coordinate departments and solve challenges

- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality

Your Profile:

- 2 years minimum experience in operational roles

- Proven experience in luxury hospitality

- Fluent in English and German (Portuguese conversational level is a plus).

- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration (preferred)

- Solid knowledge of Opera PMS and other relevant hotel software

- Availability for rotating shifts (09:00-18:00 and 15:30-00:00)

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Deep understanding of the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and global travelers

- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail
