We're recruiting a DORA Control Officer to join the Cyber Security function of a leading international financial organisation, working in a highly regulated and business-critical environment.

This role is focused on DORA governance and maturity, sitting at the intersection of cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Collecting and reviewing DORA compliance evidence with IT teams
• Identifying gaps and supporting remediation actions
• Contributing to regulatory and audit responses
• Supporting governance, committees and project steering related to DORA
• Monitoring initiatives impacting operational resilience (incl. TPRM, backups)

What we're looking for

• Experience with DORA, ISO 27001 and/or NIST
• Background in IT risk, cybersecurity governance or regulatory compliance
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
