The Junior Divisional Controller will assist in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting decision-making processes.

Description

• Act as a financial partner across the Group, focusing on accounting, process optimization, and data accuracy;
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings to ensure timely, accurate reporting and high data quality;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and international/local accounting standards (IFRS);
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy;
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide actionable insights;
• Coordinate activities between business units and the Group to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting and decision-making;
• Lead cash repatriation across businesses;
• Support integration of new businesses into the Group financial reporting framework;
• Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders;
• Apply deep technical knowledge of accounting, financial assets, compliance, and regulatory principles to support business needs.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• 3-6 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment;
• Background in auditing is desirable;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in IFRS and local accounting standards;
• Understanding of tax and legal interconnections;
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and systems (e.g., OneStream, Office 365, PowerBI);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to change;
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to process improvement;
• Fluent in English.
