A multinational company is looking for a Construction Manager for Lisbon.

Responsibilities

The Construction Manager guarantees the profitability of his operations. He/She is responsible for the construction of the project in accordance with the contractual agreements and establishing privileged communication with all participants of the project. Also, participate in the sales negotiations with the client, check the technical choices and take part in the administrative, financial and legal set up of the projects.

What you will need to succeed

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Fluent in English;
At least 5 years of experience in the private market building sector, preferable on logistical/retail projects.
