About the Company
At Think Work, we are currently supporting a leading hospitality group in the recruitment of a Director of Operations to oversee premium restaurant units across Lisbon and Oeiras.
About the Role
This is a strategic leadership role, with direct impact on business performance, operational excellence and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant units
- Manage and develop operational teams (restaurant managers and staff)
- Ensure high standards of service and customer experience
- Monitor performance metrics, costs and profitability (P&L)
- Implement operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy and growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management
