Restaurant Director – Ibiza

 

Our 2 restaurants are well-established restaurants located in Ibiza (Eivissa + central island location). We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience.

 

Your mission

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant with assistance of our current manager
• Lead, motivate and develop a multicultural team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Control labour costs, food costs and profitability.
• Recruit, train and evaluate employees.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with the owner to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a busy restaurant.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations in Ibiza and cost control.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, high service standards and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
