* Manage Microsoft 365 Environment: Oversee Exchange Online & Archiving, SharePoint, Teams & Voice, OneDrive, Security & Compliance Center, certificates, EntraID (incl. connectors).

* Ensure proper licensing, backup/restore solutions, and related systems like compliance.

Description

* Conduct proactive and reactive monitoring of systems to ensure optimal performance, availability and security.
* Manage and maintain automated configuration management processes to streamline operations and enhance system reliability.
* Provide second level and third-level support and troubleshoot M365-related issues, including deep analysis of log files, and interact with external service desks and end users.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT support procedures and protocols.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects by providing expertise in M365 solutions.

Profile

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a financial service company.
* Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.

* Strong technical expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance Center, systems migrations, backup/restore solutions, security standards and threat management.
* Skilled in system monitoring and automated configuration management.
* Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including troubleshooting complex issues.
* Good communication skills, verbal and written, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
* Strong interpersonal skills, resilient, highly motivate and goal-driven with the ability to think ahead and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
