What you'll do:

  • Planning, management, monitoring, and control of digital projects from conception to launch and optimization (detailed planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and deadline management).
  • Acting as the central point of contact, facilitating clear and effective communication and optimizing task flow among all parties involved, including clients, internal creative and UX/UI teams, and technical development teams.
  • Proactively monitoring the progress of digital projects against the objectives and established deadlines, identifying and mitigating risks, managing changes, and ensuring specifications, quality standards, and accessibility standards are met.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and customer journeys, always aiming to improve user experience and campaign performance.


What we're looking for:

  • Higher education in Management or Marketing.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Strong skills in planning, organization, deadline management, change and risk management, quality control, monitoring of digital projects (web/mobile), and customer experience throughout the different phases.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools:
  • Strategy, implementation, management, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Planning loyalty and engagement actions (including A/B testing, segmentation, and other personalization strategies).
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools, strong analytical skills, and data reporting capabilities from different data sources.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
