Your New Role
As a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of digital projects within the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless web service delivery, leading project teams, monitoring progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing budgets efficiently.
Strong soft skills, especially communication, are essential for this role. You will need to excel in leadership, clearly articulating project goals and progress to stakeholders, solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, adapting to project changes, and empathizing with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Assist the Web Architect in monitoring projects and demands.
- Provide clear requirements for the web technical team for development.
- Capture and analyze business user requirements for digital services.
- Participate in business development efforts and strategic engagements.
- Manage projects end-to-end, leading teams, budgets, and resolving challenges.
- Communicate effectively with IT product owners within the organization.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and statements of work (SOWs) while monitoring service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Follow up on web deliveries and communicate updates to the Web Architect.
- Interact with external agencies, tracking their performance to ensure reliable delivery.
- Handle support requests from various business units.
- Oversee the ticketing system and provide support for end users related to web projects.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Over 8 years of experience in digital project management.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with content management systems and web projects.
- Fluency in English and preferably one additional European language.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth understanding of omnichannel strategy and experience implementing large-scale global web projects with vendors.
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to define and articulate various strategic digital technologies to clients.
- Extraordinary communication skills.
- Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to develop relationships with senior client executives based on credibility in the digital marketing area.
- Ability to multitask and support multiple client projects simultaneously.
