What You'll Do

• Take the lead in optimizing high-value client campaigns, ensuring performance exceeds expectations.
• Develop strategies for keywords, bids, and budgets that maximize ROI.
• Analyze account and campaign-level data to inform actionable insights.
• Deliver impactful reports that support and guide campaign success.
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns and support sales teams in client engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with processes, policies, and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional support and guidance to internal teams, leveraging your expertise to solve challenges and innovate solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German and English.
• Min. 1 Year of experience in digital marketing, client service, or account management.
• AdWords Search Fundamentals certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with B2B digital advertising environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Technologically adept and quick to learn new processes and platforms.
• Passion for quality, excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service.
