The Digital Marketing Manager has the mission to build and execute strategies to engage consumers across digital touchpoints (social media, website, email, influencer marketing and e-commerce).

Principais responsabilidades

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager has the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement (with agency support) paid digital media;
  • Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (paid, owned, shared, earned) from planning to roll out in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion;
  • Track media platforms (Google, Youtube) and campaign analytics;
  • Improve SEO strategy and constant update of website and e-retailers content to improve omnichannel experience;
  • Develop and implement Paid social content and influencer marketing strategies (micro to macro);
  • Build and lead the agency teams (from digital agency, SEO agency, media agency), as well as to develop and implement local guidelines;

Perfil desejado

Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar;

Proven track record of Digital Marketing experience (at least 3 years);

Good technological of relevant Digital Tools for analytics & data management;

Social media platform knowledge and experience;

Experience supervising outside vendors and agencies.
