Our client is a Multinational company in the Automotive sector.

The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the Digital Marketing Strategy for several automotive brands of the Group.

Description

Lead digital marketing initiatives to fulfil the company's business goals-social media, website, e-mail marketing, online advertising;

Develop Digital Sales Business Strategy per brand and multi-brand;

Understand the customer acquisition journey by working closely with the marketing team and agencies to optimize existing marketing channels (ATL & BTL);

Manage digital user acquisition across different paid and non-paid channels (ads, display, paid search, video, paid social media, aggregators, Facebook, Google, Linked-in, email marketing, website);

Lead the successful launch of disruptive new businesses related to mobility solutions (automotive tech and shared mobility);

Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to ensure a successful strategy of engagement and growth for each brand;

Analyze and report results to management, using internal operational digital platform to guide decisions concerning digital investments to support leads growth;

Support launch of new mobility businesses with a B2C business model versus B2B;

Lead your own team and connect with other internal departments.

Profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field;
  • Experience in a similar management position as Digital Marketing Leader;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (plus);
  • Ability to think creatively and resolve problems;
  • Data-driven, good analytics report generation (SEO, SEM, Facebook ads, Display Ads metrics);
  • Experience in managing agencies and assess digital media plans (CPC/CPM/CPL/CPA);
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on different projects, including agencies and internal stakeholders;
  • Flexible, well-organized and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
