We are looking for a Digital Experience Owner to join the Marketing Department team at Oney.


What are the responsibilities?


  • Collaborate with designers and Digital Product Technicians to implement digital journeys (website, app, kiosk) aimed at enhancing Customer Experience.
  • Develop and execute digital strategy in alignment with Group digital guidelines, fostering a digital culture and mindset across the company.
  • Define local customer experience for onboarding and product management, ensuring consistency with global CX guidelines and superior customer experience.
  • Lead and implement digital experience strategies across multiple channels (web, apps, ecommerce, stores).
  • Coordinate with Digital Product Owners to ensure completion of digital projects, aligning with business goals, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technology, Contact Center, sales) to execute digital initiatives.
  • Analyze and optimize digital platforms' performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Ensure digital experiences are engaging, user-centric, and high-performing.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions based on market trends and user feedback.
  • Design and continuously improve the Selfcare experience on digital platforms to increase customer autonomy and satisfaction.
  • Manage the roadmap for the evolution of digital channels in line with the global vision and strategy.
  • Develop omnichannel projects, monitoring implementation, development, and acceptance tests up to Go Live.


What are we looking for?


  • Degree or Master's in Digital Marketing / Management or similar
  • 5+ years in digital project management.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving skills.
  • Team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and innovation.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Resilience, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Autonomy with digital tools (Google Analytics, GT Manager, Semrush, CMS management).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, usability, and user-centered design.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
