At Bravemind, we specialize in Executive Search and niche recruitment. We are currently partnering with a leading international brand in the cosmetics and luxury sector - known for its strong identity, commitment to sustainability, and global presence. We are looking for a Digital Coordinator to join their marketing team in Lisbon.

The challenge:

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the brand's digital strategy in Portugal, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance, promotional planning, campaign activation, and continuous optimization of the digital customer experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage and update the local website, ensuring accurate content and effective merchandising;
• Define and implement monthly digital activation plans (promotions, campaigns, emails, etc.);
• Oversee email marketing and CRM campaigns;
• Develop and execute the digital strategy in line with the brand's goals;
• Analyze sales performance and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and projects.

What we're looking for:

• A professional with at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within cosmetics, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods (mass market);
• Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook);
• Fluency in English;
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-driven attitude;
• Team-oriented with a genuine passion for consumer experience and brand impact.
