• Producing/Supporting the production of content within the framework of new eCommerce releases

Description

• Analyzing the existing communication process
• Collecting the needs and expectations of the various stakeholders in the communication process of the eCommerce platform (Network, Product, Communication)
• Proposing appropriate processes and content if needed to replace the existing ones
• Supervising the implementation or even implementing the new processes if necessary
• Producing/Assisting in the production of new content

• Strong Digital Content/Social Media culture
• Strong writing skills/Production of creative content/Visuals/Web Video
• Organizational skills and adherence to the schedule
• Analytical and synthesis skills to quickly understand the client's strategy and its challenges
• Good listening and communication skills, with all types of interlocutors (technical or not)
• Fluent English
• Technological Environment:
• Office Online Suite (Teams Webinars, Sway, PPT, Publisher…)
• Graphic Design Production (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator or equivalents)
