With a strong focus on innovation, strategic thinking, and operational excellence, they are looking to strengthen their team with a Digital Account Manager who will play a key role in driving impactful projects and client relationships.

Description

Reporting directly to the Account Director, the Digital Account Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic marketing projects across one or more clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for client account management
  • Leading project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Developing strategic recommendations and identifying new business opportunities
  • Coordinating internal teams (Marketing Consultants, Project Managers, Content Managers) to ensure seamless execution
  • Participating in client meetings and presenting ideas aligned with briefs and business goals
  • Monitoring project profitability and contributing to gross income targets
  • Collaborating with the Account Director and Operations Director on resource planning and cost validation
  • Ensuring visibility and access to project progress, deadlines, and financials
  • Using tools such as JIRA, Trello/Asana, MS Project, and Forecast to manage workflows and reporting

Profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Strong commercial skills and the ability to identify and close business opportunities
  • Proven experience in project leadership and cross-department collaboration
  • Ability to work under pressure and guide teams through complex challenges
  • Solid understanding of core CX areas: strategy, content & creativity, interface development, performance marketing, automation, and data & insights
  • Empathy and client-centric mindset, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS Office, JIRA, Trello/Asana, Forecast, and MS Project
