Description
Reporting directly to the Account Director, the Digital Account Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic marketing projects across one or more clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for client account management
- Leading project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Developing strategic recommendations and identifying new business opportunities
- Coordinating internal teams (Marketing Consultants, Project Managers, Content Managers) to ensure seamless execution
- Participating in client meetings and presenting ideas aligned with briefs and business goals
- Monitoring project profitability and contributing to gross income targets
- Collaborating with the Account Director and Operations Director on resource planning and cost validation
- Ensuring visibility and access to project progress, deadlines, and financials
- Using tools such as JIRA, Trello/Asana, MS Project, and Forecast to manage workflows and reporting
Profile
- Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to identify and close business opportunities
- Proven experience in project leadership and cross-department collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and guide teams through complex challenges
- Solid understanding of core CX areas: strategy, content & creativity, interface development, performance marketing, automation, and data & insights
- Empathy and client-centric mindset, with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, MS Office, JIRA, Trello/Asana, Forecast, and MS Project
