We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a multidisciplinary technology team responsible for ensuring the stability, security and continuous evolution of critical banking platforms, driving automation, observability and operational excellence across production and non-production environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as the guardian of production and non-production environments, ensuring platform stability, availability and operational resilience
- Design and promote technical solutions leveraging existing infrastructure products while ensuring alignment with architecture, security and scalability standards
- Integrate infrastructure and operational requirements into the Product Backlog, implementing technical User Stories to accelerate and secure delivery
- Partner with Application Production Support teams to implement and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across critical systems
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous performance improvements, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures and Disaster Recovery (DR/ICP) plans
- Conduct security reviews, validate access traceability and identify operational bottlenecks across infrastructure, network and application flows
- Propose and implement remediation plans to address risks, performance issues and operational challenges
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure, Production Operations or DevOps engineering environments
- Strong expertise with monitoring and observability tools such as ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus and Dynatrace
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security, risk mitigation and operational governance
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
- Experience driving automation and improving operational processes across complex environments
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders, influence teams and promote technical best practices
- Experience mentoring and supporting teams in the adoption of new technologies and operational frameworks
- Proficient English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience within highly regulated environments such as Banking or Financial Services
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Infrastructure Resilience frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD optimization and cloud-native operational practices
