We are now looking for an IT Ops Engineer (DevOps & Production) willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stability, availability and performance of production environments
• Contribute to the definition of technical solutions with production requirements
• Integrate infrastructure and operational needs into product backlog
• Implement and improve monitoring and observability practices
• Support deployment processes and ensure environment readiness
• Collaborate with development and production support teams
• Drive continuous improvement (automation, performance, reliability)
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and propose mitigation actions

Technical Profile:

• Experience in IT Operations / DevOps / Production environments (3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, ElasticSearch
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and production environments
• Knowledge of IT risk, security and operational best practices
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• French is a plus
