Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a Devops Engineer to our dynamic team at Felps Lisboa.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Manage infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless code integration and deployment.
  • Automate operational processes (builds, deployments, testing, backups).
  • Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or on-premise infrastructure.
  • Ensure system and data security in line with best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.


Technical Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of networking, system design, and cloud-native architectures.


Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Curious, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning and upskilling.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). French is a plus.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
