Our expertise: The Felps Group is an alliance of 'Pure Players' made up of four distinct squads: Telecoms, IT, Cybersecurity and Change Management. Each squad is led by a Captain who is a specialist in that particular area. The captains coach the consultants throughout their careers in the Felps Group, guiding them in their choice of missions and the stages of their training. Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a Devops Engineer to our dynamic team at Felps Lisboa.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Manage infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless code integration and deployment.
• Automate operational processes (builds, deployments, testing, backups).
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or on-premise infrastructure.
• Ensure system and data security in line with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.

Technical Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of networking, system design, and cloud-native architectures.

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Curious, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning and upskilling.
• Fluent in English (mandatory). French is a plus.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
