Looking to build a greenfield electronic trading platform used by trading desks across Europe and the Americas?

We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact initiative focused on modernizing electronic trading and pricing workflows within the Fixed Income space.

This role offers rare exposure to business-critical trading systems, combining cloud engineering, DevOps excellence, and close collaboration with front-office stakeholders.

Your Mission

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll help design, build, and operate a new-generation electronic trading platform, ensuring high software quality, scalability, and reliability in a latency-sensitive, global environment.

You'll work closely with engineers and business sponsors to deliver a platform that directly supports trading performance and market responsiveness.

? What You'll Do

• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Architect and optimize AWS-based cloud infrastructures
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build and release processes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (CloudFormation / Ansible a plus)
• Manage and optimize IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services with a strong focus on security and performance
• Produce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and operational standards
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability
• Work closely with security teams to enforce compliance and best practices
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to team-wide excellence

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS
• Solid experience with Docker & Kubernetes (ECS is a plus)
• Proven use of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Comfortable scripting with Python and/or Bash
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Nice to have:

• Development background (.NET, Python, Node.js)
• Experience with Redis, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ
• Exposure to agile delivery and modern software lifecycle practices
