What You'll Do
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and scalability. You will work closely with development teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines and streamline continuous service delivery. 

• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters (EKS) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for scalable and repeatable deployments.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild) for rapid integration and testing.
• Automate deployment and scaling of applications using Helm Charts and YAML manifests.
• Deploy monitoring solutions with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki for proactive infrastructure and application insights.
• Set up distributed tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry) for debugging and performance analysis.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, Security Groups (SGs), and network ACLs.
• Optimise and maintain MongoDB Atlas and Redis for scalable and high-performance data storage.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and reduce lead time.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimising system performance and reliability.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience (3+ years) in DevOps and AWS Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud networking (VPC, subnets, ALB/NLB, gateways).
• Experience with cloud security best practices (IAM roles, policies, encryption).
• Knowledge of MongoDB Atlas and Redis for scalable and efficient data handling.
• Scripting and programming skills in NodeJS.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools (ArgoCD, Rancher).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
