Bravemind is recruiting a Junior/Senior Design Coordinator for a leading multinational specializing in technical engineering, turnkey construction, and design & build.

This opportunity is 100% based in Portugal, focusing on large-scale local projects - particularly data centres and advanced manufacturing.

We are looking for junior to mid-level profiles (up to around 5 years of relevant experience in design coordination, BIM, or technical coordination), with strong growth potential in a rapidly expanding team.

If you have a background in multidisciplinary projects (data centres, pharma, logistics, or industrial sectors), proficiency in tools like Revit/Navisworks, and want to join a multinational delivering high-tech infrastructure in Portugal, this could be your opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design deliverables in alignment with project milestones, construction requirements, and client expectations
• Manage communication and interfaces between key stakeholders (clients, specialist designers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams)
• Organise and control the workflow of construction drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and as-built documentation
• Support BIM coordination processes and collaborate with BIM teams
• Participate in and organise design review meetings with clients and consultants
• Monitor design changes, ensure proper implementation, and maintain quality assurance in line with contractual scopes
• Provide technical support to project teams during construction phases, including periodic site visits for design quality verification

Desired Profile:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical qualification
• 2-5 years of experience in design coordination, technical project management, or similar roles in construction/engineering projects
• Solid knowledge of design and construction documentation processes
• Familiarity with BIM tools and workflows (Revit, Navisworks, or similar - experience is a plus)
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management in multidisciplinary environments
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation
• Autonomy, responsibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
