Do you have deep technical knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and IP telephony systems? Help us shape the future of telecom operations at our brand-new Shared Services Center in Lisbon!

We're looking for a Level 2 Deployment Engineer who is passionate about IP communication systems and enjoys working on high-impact infrastructure projects

? What you'll do:

• Deploy and configure VoIP platforms (IPBX, SIP Gateways, SBCs, etc.)
• Implement number portability and manage SIP service integrations
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents (Level 2)
• Support training and collaboration with internal teams

Your background:

• Master's in Networks, Computer Science or Telecom (BAC+5)
• Advanced knowledge of SIP, VoIP, RTP, SBCs, TCP/IP
• Experience with tools like Wireshark, SNMP, Syslog
• Fluent in English and French
