About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to join our delivery team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI projects for our clients, ensuring they meet business objectives and exceed expectations. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and driving project delivery from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex client environments.
As a key player in our delivery team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing risks, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead the Team: Oversee the project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage Projects: Create detailed project plans, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
- Mitigate Risks: Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Align with Sales: Work with pre-sales and sales teams to align on client expectations and delivery strategies.
- Client Point of Contact: Act as the main client contact, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Turn Feedback into Action: Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable items for the development team.
- Plan and Budget: Define project scopes and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution.
- Build Client Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships, addressing feedback and concerns promptly.
- Deliver Quality Solutions: Uphold high standards in product delivery, exceeding client expectations.
- Implement Best Practices: Apply quality assurance processes and testing methodologies to deliver reliable projects.
- Provide Client Insights: Work with product managers and developers to incorporate client feedback into the product.
- Project SLAs: Set up monitoring tools for owned projects to ensure uptime and compliance with SLAs.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Navigate and resolve complex project challenges, utilizing analytical and creative thinking to ensure project success.
- Change Management: Guide clients through the digital transformation process, helping them adapt to new AI solutions and workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- Native Spanish speaker, other European languages are a plus!
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience, ideally with SaaS products/services, and a degree in computer science or a related field.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of AI, machine learning, and NLP concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to address and resolve project challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both team members and clients.
