We are looking for a Data Stewardship
MAIN TASKS:
- Oversees the implementation of new data initiatives by defining data management requirements, monitoring project progress, reporting updates, identifying risks, and following established change management and governance processes.
- Delivers key data management outputs for priority projects, such as data dictionaries, data lineage, data quality rules, and highlights necessary metadata updates within the respective domain.
- Ensures that control frameworks are in place to monitor and report data quality issues, in alignment with organizational data policies and standards relevant to their area of responsibility.
- Identifies, tracks, and collaborates with remediation teams to address root causes of critical data quality issues and support continuous improvement.
- Conducts annual reviews of key data elements, data quality rules, and metadata artifacts to confirm they remain relevant and are applied consistently across the organization.
- Participates in data governance forums focused on project progress and data quality, including leading monthly meetings with Data Owners and domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Solid background in data quality, with hands-on experience in managing and improving data standards.
- Proven expertise in areas such as data governance, data management, business glossaries, metadata, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
- Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in project management and tactical planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Highly skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
- Fluent in English (interview will be held in English).
