We are hiring a Data Catalogue Administrator for our client!

 Location Portugal (Hybrid)

 Contract Full-time

Do you have experience in Data Governance and a passion for ensuring data is well-structured, accessible, and reliable? If so, this opportunity is for you!

What will you do?

Participate in the rollout of the Data Catalog for our client, ensuring proper data definition, storage, lineage, and usage.

Train and support data domain owners and data stewards in maintaining the catalog.

Lead workshops to align and validate definitions across various business domains.

Collaborate with application owners and data stewards to map and link data sources to the glossary.

Develop and implement metadata management policies.

Assist in integrating data product documentation into the catalog.

Act as the key point of contact for all Data Catalog-related processes.

Gamify the Data Catalog to enhance adoption and usability.

Define KPIs and monitor the implementation of the catalog.

What are we looking for?

Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Classification.

Deep knowledge of Data Catalog tools (Altan, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with business teams and external partners.
