Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Data Scientist for this project!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical banking data and build ML models for fraud detection.
• Clean, validate and preprocess data from multiple sources.
• Create and iterate on features and customer behavior metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to refine and improve model performance.
• Present findings to the Project Manager and support DS-related decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, including model training/testing and overfitting prevention.
• Proficiency in Python and Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Ability to clean, preprocess and validate large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of detection-focused algorithms, especially tree-based models (Random Forest, XGBoost, LGBM).
• Clear communication skills for presenting technical results to stakeholders.
