We are looking for 2 Data Protection Analysts. This role will support business units in ensuring compliance with GDPR and Privacy by Design principles. As part of the First Line of Defense, the analyst will interact closely with central data governance teams and data protection networks across the organization.


Main Tasks:

  • Ensure that project validation processes are aligned with Privacy by Design principles and provide support to Project Managers on data protection requirements;
  • Handle internal and external requests related to data protection, including Data Subject Rights Requests;
  • Maintain regular reporting and documentation via internal collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint);
  • Promote a strong culture of personal data protection across the business;
  • Develop and share best practices within the global data protection network.


Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, with a solid background in Data Privacy and GDPR;
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations-preferably in regulated environments.
  • Academic or professional background in EU data protection regulations (GDPR is mandatory);
  • Knowledge of other global privacy frameworks (is a plus);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Languages:

  • Fluent English required.

  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organization and precision;
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts for senior stakeholders;
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment;
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving regulations.


Hybrid Role in Lisbon or Porto.
