Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the Databricks Unity Catalog and Collibra Data platforms used across the organization, with a focus on Data Governance.
• Facilitate the use of these platforms by providing support and maintaining effective communication with data engineers and other technical stakeholders, enabling them to develop innovative data solutions and products based on our Data Governance capabilities.
• Execute Operations & Service Delivery activities, including Change Management, Configuration Management, Lifecycle Management (LCM), and the resolution of complex incidents and problems.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met, following company policies and procedures.
• Proactively improve infrastructure availability and stability, including tasks related to monitoring and reliability management, as well as developing and deploying automations through CI/CD pipelines in Azure Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent analytical mindset).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and change projects.
• Basic knowledge of Data Management and Data Engineering.
• Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and Collibra Data platforms.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud infrastructure, systems, and related tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and structured approach.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Optional Qualifications:

• Experience with Bash, Azure CLI, PowerShell, REST API, and Terraform is a plus.
• Knowledge and skills related to security and compliance are valued.
• Experience with AWS is an advantage.
