Adecco Recruitment is searching for a Data Management - Direct Contract and Hybrid.

Our client is an established space technology company that combines agility, speed and innovation with decades of experience and proven quality. Their headquarters are in Switzerland and they have several international locations throughout Europe and the USA. The company is an international preferred supplier of structures for all types of launch vehicles and a leader in selected satellite products and for constellations in the New Space sector. They compliment their space business as a leader in high-precision products within the semiconductor industry.

As a Data Management professional you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the companys Data Management (DM) strategy in cooperation with the larger data team. This includes activities such as data architecture, data cleansing, data migration, data KPIs, MDM tools, processes, standards and organization. The Manager Data Management will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and to ensure that the MDM solutions meets those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the companys MDM strategy;
  • Define and implement data standards and governance processes;
  • Lead the data cleansing and migration process;
  • Develop and implement data KPIs;
  • Set up and manage the MDM organization;
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their data needs;
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience in Master Data Management;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Availability to travel (approx. 20%);
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling;
  • Experience with data cleansing and migration;
  • Experience with data KPIs and data governance;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
