Your New Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will support the business as the first line of contact. You will track and monitor sales performance by analyzing detailed retail data collected in our shops. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to connect our IT systems, perform root cause analysis, and find solutions with the support of strong IT colleagues.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Performance Management, Analysis & Decision Support:
- Analyze sales performance and its main components (location, product, passenger profile).
- Identify, analyze, and report passenger spending trends to support specific action plans.
- Develop and implement periodic analysis reports.
- Develop and configure new reports to enhance performance analysis anda automated performance reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Macros, advanced formulas, and add-ins).
- Experience and knowledge of creating reports using Power BI is a must-have.
- Experience in ETL processes usina SQL.
- Solid analytical skills with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Portuguese and English speaking.
