This role sits within the Controlling team and focuses on data, tools and reporting processes. It is an analytical position with strong exposure to Excel, Power BI, databases and SQL. The main objective is to improve how data analysis and reporting are structured and delivered. The role works within Finance to ensure tools effectively support the business.

Description

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis and reporting processes within the Controlling team
• Optimize and develop reporting and analytical tools, ensuring they are efficient, reliable and scalable
• Contribute and assist in the development and enhancement of reports, KPI´s, dashboards and analytical solutions in Power BI and other solutions at the Controlling level
• Work hands on with data extraction, transformation and validation from databases, including Oracle
• Use SQL language to support data extraction and reporting needs
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in existing data flows and reporting structures, assuring it´s maintenance
• Ensure data quality, consistency and usability for the Controlling team analysis and requests
• Work in Projects development and implementation within the Controlling team scope
• Enable the Controlling team with the right tools and structures so they can focus on value added analysis

Profile

• Degree in Management, Economy, IT or similar areas
• Up to 2 years of experience in roles connected to data, finance systems, business intelligence or analytical environments
• Able to sit comfortably in Finance with IT knowledge, understanding both languages and priorities
• Fluent English, used to work with international or cross functional teams
• Strong hands on experience with Excel and Power BI, not just building reports but also shaping how reporting should work
• Good command of SQL language, comfortable extracting and validating data
• Exposure to data warehouse concepts and projects, even if not a specialist
• Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• A practical mindset, focused on building solutions that really help teams work better
