The company is seeking to recruit a manager tasked with leading strategic initiatives within the IT Security and OT programs, conducting comprehensive performance and risk assessments, and delivering detailed, periodic reports with actionable insights to both the local and global executive boards.

Description

• Support the company's Business Owners and Local IT/OT Security Officer in the definition and implementation of controls, processes and supporting tools to manage IT/OT security risks and comply with the relevant policies and standards
• Support Business Owners and Local IT/OT Security Officer in the investigation and remediation of incidents/violations.
• Communicate security awareness and develop a wide understanding of the existing Security Standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Perform security and system performance operations/monitoring activities.
• Define and maintain standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and implement weekly plans to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to achieve strategic goals.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Work closely and collaborate with the other teams and suppliers to provide an excellent overall IT Service.
• Work closely with the Automation team on new equipment acquisition and networking integration to existing networking and new setups.

Profile

• University degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Cybersecurity Certifications.
• Project Management skills (preference for proven PMP certification).
• CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture design or security procedure creation.
• Familiarity with Investigative and analytical techniques, procedures, and requirements.
• Mandatory Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Availability to work on site in Sines (at least 3xweek).
• Good problem-solving, analysis capability and investigation mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and learning agility.
