We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer (5+ years of professional experience) eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

• Implement Secure SDLC, including DevSecOps and threat modeling practices
• Apply latest security standards to both internet-facing and internal assets
• Participate in global IT project security reviews across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with business units and IT Development/Production teams
• Act as an enabler and facilitator between IT Dev, Prod teams, and business stakeholders
• Certification (not mandatory but strongly recommended) : CISM, CCSP, CSK, CEH, CISSP
• Enhance application-level vulnerability management (SAST, DAST, SCA)
• Conduct security risk assessments and present findings to relevant committees
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (HKMA, MAS, FSC, DORA, FINMA, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with security standards (NIST, CIS, ISO2700x)
• Ensure compliance with third-party technology and cloud security requirements
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions
• Coordinate with regional and global IT security teams
• Proactively identify, record, and track IT security risks
• Define and support cybersecurity processes
• Maintain awareness of banking sector cybersecurity requirements
• Provide regular management reporting
• Handle cyber alerts and incidents through investigation and resolution follow-up
