Our client is the world’s most advanced platform for monitoring, optimizing and controlling one of the society’s most precious assets: the Neighborhood Grid (Low Voltage Electric Grid). We are looking for a Customer Support and Success Manager keen to engage and develop existing Client relationships and have a leading role in creating and developing this critical area for the company success.

Your new role

  • Report to the CEO and collaborate with colleagues across software and data science, hardware, and firmware engineering teams, along with the sales and account management team;
  • Take ownership of the current Client Onboarding process, which includes, preparation of customised training materials and tools, supporting the successful installation and commissioning of the company smart sensor devices in local neighbourhoods by the company Clients, and guaranteeing the optimal utilization of the software and applications by the different Client’s teams;
  • Manage our Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Success teams, ensuring swift resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary and maintaining our high standard of customer service;
  • Help our customers` operational teams make the most of the company data, software and applications, so they can better manage the local grid;
  • Collaborate with the product team to align on product improvements and new features based on customer feedback;
  • Create and maintain customer success metrics and benchmarks;
  • Help design and implement Strategic Channels incentives and respective contracts, supporting our partners’ activities;
  • Understand and participate in complex Client Tender and technical and economic proposals from announcement to close, ensuring a successful outcome;
  • Design the respective processes and engage the Customer Success Team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales and/ or Operations;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
  • At ease in a high technology, high growth, start-up, environment;
  • Experience overseeing Customer Support teams;
  • Fluent in Spanish, German, or French (preferred).
