Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating them when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services to offer accurate assistance.
  • Meet performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer data securely.

Profile

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
