• This role requires experience with operational support and ticket handling.

Description

• Manage user access and permissions across e-commerce platforms and digital catalog systems;
• Set up and update customer profiles, ensuring correct data and system access;
• Coordinate and process product return requests according to defined workflows;
• Execute account closures and service cancellations in relevant applications;
• Assess incoming requests and resolve issues using a centralized ticketing tool;
• Monitor, prioritize, and document support cases to ensure smooth processing;
• Maintain system data integrity through regular checks and updates;
• Act as a liaison between internal teams such as sales, field service, and master data;
• Optionally support inbound hotline inquiries and translate them into actionable tickets;
• Contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service quality.

Profile

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is an advantage;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred;
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
