Your new Company Integrate a multinational company that deliver and differentiate customer experience on behalf of some of the world’s most respected brands. - Support by email, phone (some inbound and outbound calls), bearing in mind that your daily workflow can consist in record deviating activities;
- Deal with discovering trends and flagging emerging issues;
- Liaising and providing key support for one area: Order Management, Fraud prevention or Payments on daily operational issues and resolution of customer queries.
What you´ll need to succeed - Be fluent in Dutch and fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills and high focus on customer satisfaction;
- Attention to detail, prove you can work and make decisions with minimal supervision, problem solving skills;
- As this job is direct relation to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work and rotation to other departments.
