Your new role

The person responsible for this role is in charge of:

• Align internally to ensure accuracy of and timely registration of cancellation requests;

• Work autonomously to validate and process cancellation requests and fulfilment activities;

• Attend daily meetings on progress and status of assigned cancellations;

• Support generation of churn insights;

What you´ll need to succeed

• Be fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.

• Attention to detail and feel passionate about customer service, proving that you can work and make decisions with minimal supervision.

• A previous experience in customer service is a plus.

• It is required a lot of cross functional collaboration and partnership.
